    Operational Guidelines
  • Components entering the phosphating stage must be completely free from oil, dirt, rust, scales & other contaminants. To achieve this proper maintenance of the previous degreasing , pickling & water rinsing stages as per suggested guidelines are mandatory.

  • Sludge formed during the phosphating process must be removed on line or at regular intervals to prevent interference with the operation.
